Why carpet in the studio is a bad idea

And this is after I scooped up the excess. The jar of paint flew out of my hands as I was trying to pry the lid off. It sort of floated down in slow motion and landed on its side. If I had been a little quicker on the uptake, I could have uprighted it and prevented alot of the paint from flowing out. But it's not like it's the first paint mark on the rug.

I had carpeting in the studio in the house we moved from. I dropped a bottle of tsukeniko ink one day. Cleaned it the best I could and covered it with my sewing machine table. Mr C didn't see it until we were getting ready to put the house on the market. He was able to make it almost disappear!

SCREAM! You just need a couple more blotches so it will look "intentional" (like mine!) LOL!

I've got the shape of an iron melted into my carpet in my studio... luckily it's very cheap and old carpet so it doesn't matter....
